Throw attacks include throwing either items (like barrels) or enemies that are about to explode (killseekers with barrels on their back or the various drone types) at other enemies. They need to die, and not be put into their own ready to explode state. You should get this easily without thinking about it, but a good place to farm it is Black Side 2-2x where you fight lots of parasite enemies. There are a couple barrels in the corner that you can throw for a lot of quick kills.

This achievement requires 20 enemies to die by any thrown object. The best place to unlock this is in Black Side 2-2 Free where you fight an atrocity of parasites. There will be a few explosive containers in the arena which you can throw at a group of parasites to kill many all at once. You can watch Black Side 2-2 Free in this video and the mission @ 2:58:

and with the same button you throw them at your adversaries. Do this as often as possible and the trophy will be yours sooner or later. It’s better, of course, to knock him out on an easy difficulty level, since you only need to kill 20 enemies by throwing objects, and on difficulties higher than easy, enemies can survive even after a direct hit from a car.
