This achievement is unlocked during the 1st mission of the second Germans campaign, "Teutonic Order".
Very simple achievement, just play through the mission until you get the side objective to take back the mine for the village. Do that, then move towards the next main objective and you will get the second side objective required for the achievement, which involves helping your brother save his friend from bandits. As soon as you do that, the achievement should pop.
