This should unlock naturally playing through the campaigns. In certain missions npcs will notify you that there might be traps on your path, simply switch your units to defensive formation (hold fire for archers) and they will not only detect the traps, but also be immune to them. After detecting them you can then destroy them.
If you're looking for a specific mission to get this on easily, mission 2 of the first German campaign (Rudolf I) will have more than enough. When asked to reinforce your ally, take some infantry on the left path (remember defensive formation) and you should find 10+ traps to take care of.
An even easier mission to get them in, is in the 5th mission of the Rudolf I campaign. You will literally have to disarm traps as part of the main objective during the beginning of mission.
