How to unlock the All You Can Eat achievement in Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey - Definitive Guide
Unlocked when you earn the trait Omnivorous.
In order to earn this trait you will have to get used to eating Eggs, Mushrooms, Oviparous (snake) meat, and Mammal Meat.
First you'll need the mutation Nutrient Absorption. This will unlock the 4 paths for each type of food. Each food path will need 2 traits with Oviparous trait 1 needing a mutation and Mammal trait 2 needing a mutation. Both mutations are called Xenobiotic Metabolism.
For the 1st trait of each path you'll just need to eat that food item till you get it.
For the 2nd trait you'll need to eat that food item till you get the green stomach symbol and then recover by either waiting or drinking water. Your going to have to repeat this process a couple of times to get it. Eggs in particular took a lot of time to get.
After getting the 2nd trait for all 4 the Omnivorous trait will be available to unlock.

I have the trait available to unlock however no matter how long I spend saving up neuronal points I can’t seem to be able to unlock it.
For example the last time I did this it was straight from the start of a new generation I wandered around discovering about 5 or 6 new locations killing and crafting as I went along and making sleeping spots along the way to check my progress.
Eventually each time I checked it would just stop right before unlocking it, changing progress slightly each time, and when I finally got back to my settlement a few hours later I still didn’t have enough to get it.
To put into context how much neuronal energy I had. I decided to upgrade anyway since I was going to get the next generation and I was able to get 15 different neurons.
Is it because I’m too early in the game as my species hasn’t even become Orrorin Tugenensis yet? That is the only thing I can think of anyway. Any help is appreciated thanks.

If you notice you're no longer getting mutations then quit, close the game down and start it back up. This happened to me for so long I finished the game pretty much after figuring this out which was terribly late. This is most likely due to the quick resume so if you notice it, just re-start the game.
