On the last level of the Realm of the Stoners, you'll play as the Stone Chief. The level is called "Crack Up." If you press 
while you're close to a Booli, you will freeze them in place. Walk up to them and press 
a couple times to kill them. Once you kill the first, the achievement will unlock!

As per usual the last level of the stone tribe will enable you to play as the correct character. Simply press B near the first Booli you see to activate the chief's power. This will slow down time significantly. At this point the Boolis are defenceless. Simply press x near one to deliver a fatal kick and smash them.

Story Related: You will unlock this in the last level in the Realm of the Stoners called "Crack Up". When playing as the Chief, go the the first Booli and press 
to slow time then press 
to smash him for the achievement.
