Just a little tip if you're stuck at ~98% of killed enemies even though you're certain to have kill everything.
Just before the boss of the stage, you will encounter one big enemy... don't kill him as soon as he appears. If you kill him too fast there's four or five little drones firing lasers who will not appear.
So, when you reach that one last big enemy; just wait that the drones are there and aims their lasers at you. Now you can just throw a bomb or something and you'll be good.
One more thing; be sure to destruct all the destructibles elements in this stage, I don't know if that count but just in case...
