How to unlock the Force Learner achievement in Angry Birds Star Wars - Definitive Guide

The level I used was Death Star 2-24.
You get 3 birds, fire the first 2 into the triangular stacks then restart. You don't have to finish the level.
Rinse and repeat til achievement pops.
Took me around 30 minutes on top of what I'd already done during the course of the game

The Obi-Wan (black) bird can throw blocks using the to aim and to throw once the bird has been launched. With PlayStation Move, you aim the pointer and use to use the ability. On Vita you can also use the touch screen or the rear touch pad to aim and use the ability. After completing Death Star 2-25, this ability can throw blocks farther. There is no way to check your progress toward this trophy.

You will definitely need to grind this achievement after completing the game. To grind this fastest, first make sure you play through the game to Level 2-26 where you will earn an upgraded Force power. Then return to Level 2-24. Use your first two Obi Wan birds to force push the top two piles of blocks. ONLY blocks that become shrouded in blue count towards this achievement. On your second shot, as soon as the blocks turn a blue color, pause and restart the level. You can get between 25-35 blocks for each attempt of the level, earning around 150 blocks per minute. All 2000 should take around 15 minutes or less to grind.

The most effective way is to go to levels 1-5, shoot Obi-Wan, after each throw, restart the mission.

When you reach level 2-24 you will get a strength upgrade and the tremors will be much stronger.
