Once you unlock the frisbee you can bounce it off walls.
If you then jump on it, you can use it to travel across wide gaps and unlock this trophy.

Find the Disc, throw it and jump on it to travel any distance.

This achievement just requires you to ride on the disc. This is mandatory to be able to reach some of the secret eggs. Simply throw the disc into a wall and then hop on it when it rebounds. It moves quick, so the timing is tight, but once you land on the moving disc you'll unlock this achievement.
