How to unlock the Master puzzler achievement in Animated Puzzles Star - Definitive Guide
I'm surprised nobody has put anything here yet. The description is obviously self-explanatory that you need to complete every puzzle through Tier 4 on Hard, but there is a bit of strategy involved here. This can follow from the other two completion achievements:
Since you need to each puzzle at least 3 times and have 6 different piece types to work with, consider doing the following:
The two common puzzle shapes, 4 tabs in or out (2nd and 3rd in the piece order) are much easier to work with and move around. The solid square can be quite a pain to work with if you're unfamiliar with the picture you're working with. Therefore, consider using that shape only on Easy if at all (I did it on Medium and wouldn't recommend it).
Since you are going to be playing on each difficulty, also consider playing them back to back to back working your way up. After completing the level on Easy, play it again on Medium with a different piece type. Repeat again moving up from Medium to Hard.
Overall, this might take some time but isn't really "difficult". There is no time limit (at least I had some take upwards of 40 minutes on Tier 4. Focus on the features of the picture and work off of them.

It should be noted that you can use the "custom options," making this much easier. With lock rotation and sorting the borders are already solved for you. The pieces are sorted so that corners come first, then it goes left side, bottom, right, and finally the top.

I recently unlocked this and can confirm UnsungGhost's comment about custom options. Specifically, I used "Disable rotation", "Lock in place", and "Sort by type".

Mine isn't a guide but just an advice.
If you have completed all the puzzles at hard and you have all the stars on the board but the achievement isn't unlocked it's because some puzzles aren't completed correctly.
You have to look through the individual leaderboards of each puzzles at hard difficulty to find those in which your time isn't indicated.
