For this achievement you must complete each puzzle using 3 different shapes, on any combination of difficulty. Since you also need to do each difficulty for another achievement, you can just choose a different shape for easy, medium, and hard. That way you will only have to do each puzzle 3 times. It does not have to be the same shapes all the way through all 18 puzzles. As long as each puzzle individually was completed using any 3 different shapes across all 3 difficulties, you will unlock the achievement. You can check which shapes you have done by choosing each completed difficulty and looking at your best times, which appear individually under each shape option.

It should be noted that you can use the "custom options," making this much easier. With lock rotation and sorting the borders are already solved for you. The pieces are sorted so that corners come first, then it goes left side, bottom, right, and finally the top.

So it doesnt matter if i complete all the puzzles in easy but with the 3 different shapes?

yes you can do 3 different shapes, all in easy, for this achievement. but for the Maniac Puzzler achievement you will need to do them on Medium and Hard also. I was just giving advice to save time, doing each puzzle 3 times instead of 5. once you get to the last tier, they can be pretty time consuming even on easy.
