Simply place 10 buildings on your island in blueprint mode. On Console you can turn blueprint mode on by going into the build menu (RT) and pressing the button in the right hand corner, labeled blueprint mode

The trophy is cumulative, but you can do it right away by placing absolutely any buildings in blueprint mode in random places, and then removing them
