Campaign only. Chapter 2. Quest "Father's diary". When you will obtain father's diary, open it and read all 3 pages.
Can be possibly missable (so recommended to do manual save before reading it)

You will lose this diary after reading\giving it, so the only way is to start a new campaign run(it will require ~1-1.5 hours) to reach this point again.

Interesting, I read the whole diary and it didn’t pop :(

Its definitely missable though, I cannot find the diary anywhere anymore..

The main thing is to look through all the pages, then my diary disappeared.
Make a save just in case before you follow the ship in the story.
