To organize an exhibition you need to build the World's Fair building first. It is a tier 5 mega-building. It will build in 5 stages, each stage requires a lot of resources and manpower to build plus a fixed amount of tier workers to unlock. When you completely build the Fair you need to start some exhibition there to get an achievement. You can choose any, but the cheapest one is 5k investors and 25k coins and 30 minutes of time.

First stage:

• Unlock condition: 1 Investor
• 300000 coins
• 100 timber
• 200 bricks
• 160 steel beams
• 150 windows
• 150 reinforced concrete

Stage 2:

• 150 Timber timber
• 300 cement
• 500 Farmers farmer workforce
