How to unlock the World Peace achievement in Anno 1800 Console Edition - Definitive Guide

Can be done in custom game with 3 easy AIs plus 2 pirates.
For regular AI: send gifts, compliments and do some quests for them. When possible - propose trading agreement (better save in case AI will deny, but on easy difficulty they usually just ask some money in return).
With trading established use your ship to buy\sell something to AI - it will give you more reputation.
At ~90 you can start proposing to form alliance(don't forget to save just in case).
Pirates are usually less friendly. You can even be at war with them. Anyway - it is usually same as with regular AIs. First try to establish "temporary peace", then compliments\gifts, trading and alliance.
When 3 AIs and 2 Pirates would be in alliance with you - achievement should pop up.

P.S. I don't try this with 1 AI and 1 Pirate so can't confirm will this still count or not.

I tried with one AI and one Pirate and can confirm this does NOT work.

What about the pirates? Nothing to write about them?

First, we conclude a trade relationship with a pirate in the old world, then with everyone else. Then in a new world with a pirate. It is important not to enter into an alliance with anyone, only a trade relationship. You gain 90 influence points with everyone, save and quickly form an alliance with everyone.
