You will unlock this trophy when you complete the final stage of the game.
At the end of this level is a puzzle with an invisible timer (you have plenty of time). You will know you've reached it because prior to the puzzle is a cutscene of Kit chasing Hodge. You'll be standing in front of a variation of the piano from the Music Playing stage (Good ear). There are six statues on the left, then a gap with a door, then six statues on the right. Put Hodge on the nearby pressure pad to start the puzzle.
You need to interact with the statues in the following order (left to right, 1-12): 3 / 8 / 4 / 11 / 6.
