This is basically story related, as jumping (to other platforms, often requiring the cat to be nearby to enlight the place), climbing (there are several walls with "vines" that you can climb) and hiding (behind pilars and in alcoves) are actions necessary to progress in the game. You're going to unlock it close to the end, when the hiding mechanic is explained.

This should come during normal play, as you will do each of these three actions multiple times. It should unlock the first time you hide in 'Underworld Path'.

You will be required to jump and climb to progress through the entire story. Guards will be introduced starting in the level Underground Path, then the game will give you a short tutorial on how to hide from them. As soon as you do, this trophy will unlock.
