There are 18 Collectibles, (10 Biographies and 8 World Descriptions) The number after each collectible is the order in which they are found i.e 1/18 is the 1st one you will find.
1) At the very start of the game go left with Kit to get to get ("Catherine 'Kit' Nightingale" Description) (Collectible 1/18)
2) The next one is above some scaffolding that Hodge needs to climb. Get ("Mysterious Cat" Description) (Collectible 2/18)
3) (In London Sewers) At 2nd stop with boat (same section as Tube's Puzzle), Hodge will drop a box. Using Kit push box left to block flames. Head all the way left and step on button. Now use Hodge to go all the way left past pipe platforms into door that is now open to get ("Simon Edison" Description) (Collectible 3/18)
4) (In London Sewers) In area after going past pistons (that can squash you) as Hodge, climb pipes (on way to machine that Hodge scares rats into operating, to get ("Florence Nightingale" Description) (Collectible 5/18)
5) (In Monet's Garden) Hodge will come to wooden platforms. Get ("Claude Monet" Description) (Collectible 7/18)
6) (In Laboratories) After entering building with electrical equipment, Kit will open wire gate to let Hodge go right. Drop down to next left and using pipes, climb up into ledge and stand on button. This will activate moving platform on floor above. Go back up pipes to next floor and using moving platform cross gap and go right to get("Helena Blavatsky" Description) (Collectible 10/18)
7) (In Underworld Path) At very start of level, go left to get ("Nikola Tesla" Description) (Collectible 13/18)
8) (In Underworld) You will come to a climbing section for Kit. Climb to right and up to get ("Thomas Edison" Description) (Collectible 15/18)
9) (In Underworld) As Hodge climb down platforms (where Kit climbs down) On lower right platform get ("Claude Debussy" Description) (Collectible 16/18)

Most of the 10 Character Biography collectibles are easy to find. A few are hidden.
There are 18 collectibles in the game; 10 Biographies (this achievement) and 8 World Descriptions ("Traveller"). The number after each collectible is the order in which they are found in the game, i.e. 1/18 is the first one you will find.

Character Biographies are one of the two types of collectibles in Another Sight. They look identical to World Descriptions – they are blue orbs that are often either directly in your path or very obviously on screen waiting for you to collect them. There are 10 in total and here's the order they can be collected in:

Catherine Kit Nightingale – London Underground – At the very beginning of the game, walk left and you'll find this.

Mysterious Cat – London Underground – During the tutorial that teaches you how to climb as Hodge, you should see this on the top left of all the planks.

Simon Edison – London Sewers – After Kit moves a crate across the stage to block a steam pipe, walk past the ladder left of the steam pipe and stand on the pressure plate against the wall. Switch to Hodge and run as far left as possible (you may need to switch back to Kit to get the elevator back to Hodge's level). Hodge will run into a small grate into an area behind some bars and you can grab this memory.

Florence Nightingale – London Sewers – At some point, Kit will reach a machine that if she pulls the lever, she'll say it needs to be powered by another machine. Use Hodge to climb the nearby pipes and you'll see this collectible halfway up the area. This is the set of pipes that leads up to the small generator that Hodge must power by intimidating rats.

Claude Monet – Monet's Garden – After crossing over a bridge, switch to Hodge and run up a tree to reach some high wooden platforms. Make your way right across the platforms and you'll see this collectible on one of the lower platforms.

Helena Blavatsky – Laboratories – midway through the stage – right after riding up an elevator and jumping into a new room - Hodge can make a rectangular platform move across a large opening, by hitting a switch on a platform underneath and left of the opening. Once he does, use him to climb up the pipes and onto the platform. Ride the platform across to the right and pick up this collectible.

Nikola Tesla – Underworld Path – At the very beginning of the stage, simply walk left.

Thomas Edison – Underworld – After passing two guards, Kit will come to a cliff she can climb. Climb as far right and up as you can to get to a small ledge with this collectible on it.

Claude Debussy – Underworld – After some cliff climbing, you will get to a part where you will descend down some platforms that have guards on both ends. After the fourth guard (the second guard on the right side), use Hodge to climb the beams going under where the second guard on the right side is and you'll see this against the rocks. The game incorrectly calls this collectible Nikola Tesla.
- Jules Verne – Node – At the very beginning of the level, just run left as far as you can.
