There are 18 Collectibles, (10 Biographies and 8 World Descriptions) The number after each collectible is the order in which they are found i.e 4/18 is the 4th one you will find.
1) (In London Sewers After Kit pulls Hodge over water on wooden swinging platform, head all the way left and up ladder to get ("London Underground" Description) (Collectible 4/18)
2) (In Monet's Garden) At start of level head left with Kit and open secret entrance (a Painting). Use Hodge to go left outside and get ("London Sewers" Description) (Collectible 6/18)
3) (In Monet's Garden) After entering Glasshouse, using Hodge climb tree platforms to get ("Hidden Town" Description) (Collectible 8/18)
4) (In A Cat's Dream) After crossing clock face. and climbing ramps, before going up rising platform, head right and go down off building to get ("Monet's Garden" Description) (Collectible 9/18)
5) (In Laboratories) After opening door to electrified floor panels, operate lever near lower lift, then with Kit go back right (follow orange pulsing lights) up ladders and to right onto lift (It is right of where Kit mentions the Patents on the boards) Go up and head left to get ("Dream World" Description) (Collectible 11/18)

7) (In Underworld Path) After Kit climbs walls to go right, use Hodge to distract and move guard. Go left and into hiding spot to get ("Laboratories" Description) (Collectible 14/18)
8) (In Underworld) As soon as you get on Submarine, as Hodge go all the way right to where the guard is bashing on door to get ("Underworld" Description) (Collectible 17/18)

Most of the 8 World Description collectibles are easy to find. A few are hidden.
There are 18 collectibles in the game; 10 Biographies ("Scholar") and 8 World Descriptions (this achievement). The number after each collectible is the order in which they are found in the game, i.e. 4/18 is the fourth one you will find.

World Descriptions are one of the two types of collectibles in Another Sight. They look identical to Character Biographies – they are blue orbs that are often either directly in your path or very obviously on screen waiting for you to collect them. Generally speaking, there is one in each level and each level's description collectible will be a reference to the world/level you played just before. There are 8 in total.
In the order they can be collected (description – level location – how to get it):

London Underground – London Sewers – While playing the level, you will guide Kit up a ladder onto a small platform that has another ladder just out of reach on the right. You'll need to have Hodge climb a nearby pipe and jump over to the ladder to lower it. On the platform where Kit is waiting for the ladder to drop you will find this collectible hidden behind some beams against the left wall.

London Sewer – Monet's Garden – At the very beginning of the level, go all the way left as Kit and interact with the panel on the wall to open it. Switch to Hodge and run as far left as possible – You will see this on top of some crates outside.

Hidden Town – Monet's Garden – While playing, you'll enter a large greenhouse type area with a massive tree. You'll platform across this tree as Hodge. Make your way right across the branches and when you reach the one that is a long slope, jump onto the branch above it instead (if you slide down, you can jump back up the sloping branch) and backtrack left a bit to find this collectible hidden behind a branch.

Monet's Garden – A Cat's Dream – After using a large clock's hands to cross a gap and climbing up onto a large platform, you will trigger a checkpoint. Ignore the next platforming area and just run right across the large platform. Drop straight down (don't jump) to reach a smaller platform with this description hovering above a gear.

Dream World – Laboratories – After the first elevator of the stage, Kit and Hodge will eventually reunite in a room where they can both activate an elevator on the far right of the next room. Use Kit to get onto the elevator, take it up a level and walk left to grab this. You should see it in the darkness, surrounded by purple lightning.

Parisian Dream – Laboratories – near the end of the stage, you will go through a room where you need to move a crate via a magnetic crane and drop it onto a switch to open the next room. After exiting through the room the crate opened, you should see this surrounded by purple lightning in the darkness – just walk into it. This is a room with pipes that Hodge will climb up to access some magnet controls, but only Kit can pick it up.

Laboratories – Underworld Path – While avoiding guards, you will pass through a short cave area. On the other side, just past a small ramp that Hodge can use, you should notice this in an alcove that Kit can hide from guards in. Get Kit into that alcove to pick this one up. To access it, Kit will actually climb the cliff past it and go up a ladder; you'll need to backtrack once up the ladder to get to it.
- Underworld - Underworld – As soon as you enter the submarine, switch to Hodge and run as far right as you can.
