How to unlock the Assault Artisan achievement in Anthem - Definitive Guide

In the menu go into challenges - weapons - assault rifle and there will be 4 challenges, 1 for each assault rifle and 1 for completing all 3.

For each challenge you need to kill 50 enemies.
For Assault rifles you need to use Defender, Hammerhead and Warden

Does the rarity of the weapon matter?

the rarity does not matter i have completed this with common level weapons as long as you get 50 kills for each weapon which is the tier 1 challenges of the weapon you should be able to get it

It glitched for me, too.
I got in touch with a guy from EA Help on Twitter and he told me that it is a known issue at Bioware and they are looking into it - no fix date or time span however.

so has this been fixed yet? i'm not sure which weapon glitched it..but kinda poor coding

In this video guide I will show you three different ways you can farm for your weapon kills for all weapon achievements. All weapon achievements will pop once the weapon is done.

To unlock the Assault Artisan trophy in Anthem, you will need to complete three of the Assault Rifle challenges which can be found by opening the Menu > Challenges > Weapons > Assault Rifle

You will find four challenges available -- one for each of the game's three assault rifles, and a final one for completing all three of the assault rifle challenges.

The three challenges you will need to complete are 50 kills with the following three weapons:

Defender
Hammerhead
Warden

Assault Rifle I challenges task you with killing 50 enemies with a specific weapon. You must use the Warden, Hammerhead, and Defender and kill 50 enemies with each to unlock this achievement.

You can check your progress toward this under Weapons in the "Challenges" in the menu.

Each of three weapons in a given class has multiple challenges associated with them. For this, you need to complete the level 1 challenge which is 50 kills with each.

You need to kill 50 enemies with each assault rifle, there are only three of them. You can monitor your progress in the test menu, where the names of the guns are also written. After you complete one test for each gun, you will automatically complete the master test for assault rifles and receive a trophy
