You get this achievement by completing the prologue of the game. You can't miss it.

This is for completing the prologue and "two years later," a tutorial mission. It's unmissable. Most of the enemies you face do so little damage, you can take them out at your leisure.

You will fly/run to objectives, defend the objectives from enemies. Then you'll open a door by collecting lights and bringing them to a spike before the door. Then comes the tough part.

There's a section where you are forced to fly, while avoiding blue horizontal lines coming at you. I had trouble here. I recommend walking up as close as you can, then Double jump forward , , and press to dodge forward. Then quickly enter flight mode with . Use to roll out of the way of oncoming beams and quickly press forward. I had just enough flight power to catch on the ledge at the end.

After that, you open another door with by collecting lights, and you'll have a big fight. If you get frozen hold or tap to break free. You'll need to deliver three objects while fighting. Once you insert the third, a cutscene will play. At the end, you'll go to a mission results page and the achievement will unlock.
