The quest cannot be missed and can not be completed until you're done with the main campaign. The final expedition in this questline is called 'Impostor'.

I've done the final mission but no achievement. I seem to be missing the third mission on the list. It just shows question marks.

Can anyone help me with this achievement I’ve completed everything even the last mission “imposter” of the shallow grave story and when I check all of them have questioned marks..

Same issue for me, DuckCB4L, though it is the 2nd mission showing ???

I have finished the story and all I have on the map are 3 contracts that are permanent. Yarrow has no icon for him. Assumed this has glitched.

Done all of Yarrow's missions and no achievement as well.
(if anyone is close to the last of Yarrow's missions and wouldn't mind helping me try the last mission again, i'd truly appreciate it)

Got it unlocked today by getting my wife to host a new campain and then going through the entire campain again just to get to the yarrow missions again its a long process/workaround but it worked for me and popped this time.
