POTENTIALLY UNACHIEVABLE!
If you gain no progress in the achievement app, you won't get the achievement even after unlocking the in-game achievement and title.
Currently the achievement tracker is glitched (Sep. 2016) or at least it is for me. I'm showing no progress on the Xbox achievement app. However when I check in-game stats I almost have the progress bar full. I don't know if progress accounts for any movement or if you need to be fully holding the analog stick in a single direction. Either way progress should come if you play the game and do missions.
In order to check progress in-game press start
then select "Character Info" on the right and press 
or 
to get yourself to the "Achievements" tab all the way on the right, then scroll down through the list.

I have contacted the support on their official website. Hopefully they can fix the glitched achievements. It's such a shame as the game is actually quite fun.

Since the flag of this achievement (& 2 others) today have been changed to Discontinued 
I'm guessing the developers don't care enough about neither their fans or their game to keep it alive 
I for one don't care how free it is,if I can't get all achievements it has to be a damn good game for me to start it
