Your best option to get this achievement is to play on the PvP map Baylan shipping yard and just drive around the edge of the map trying to run people over. It can be hard since most people have headphones on and can hear you coming and will jump out of the way. Learn where the spawns are and keep. Checking them for players that just spawned and afk player to run over

Hey! from the dead. Doing some experimentation the numbers count for the 500 PER CHARACTER. Also, only matchmaking counts for the counter. No spotting crims or being 5 Star.
And sense matchmaking only works with 3 people you still need another unit if you have 2 Xbox Ones already.
