If anything, I wouldn't worry so much about clearing out all rooms as with on Hard mode, as you could probably get away with just rushing it after a few practice runs. However, the method above will certainly work.

After beating album 4, you will unlock a new level. Press the arrow that appears at the bottom of the screen, in the level select menu, and choose "Break In".
This level has no checkpoints. You have to go in, get the baby and then get back out.
