This achievement requires you to equip a legendary (yellow) attachment in every slot of a single weapon. This is easiest to do with most pistols because they only have two slots.

The easiest way to get this achievement is to drop into the area of the map with the blue column of light coming from it. On your mini map it will be a blue tinted ring. Once in this ring search the area for a weapon with a gold glow to it and pick it up. This weapon will already be fully kitted with gold attachments and you will receive the achievement.
You can also do it manually by finding gold attachments on the map or in care packages that drop (except for player called in care packages). This method relies completely on luck and stumbling on the correct gold attachments, so your best bet is dropping into the blue area from the drop ship and locating the gold weapon within that ring.

They are rare but they do exist! Also has gold body armor, helmets, and backpacks. For the Fully Kitted you just need a fun with all gold attachments though.

The Gold weapons in the Care Packages aren't fully kitted - they're just Gold weapons with no attachments.

Easiest way to get a fully kitted weapon guaranteed. No hot zone drop, no care package drop. With the story mode being integrated into Apex Legends, you have to go do small fetch quests, in these quests there will always be a fully kitted weapon available. It’s a PVE scenario and timed, but this is a 100% guaranteed way of getting a fully kitted weapon.

I don't know how anyone else mentioned this because this is by far the best solution. All you have to do is land at (or travel to) Caustic Treatment on the King's Canyon map. In the north side of the building there is a console which when used will grant limited-time access to the four "tubes" containing yellow items in front of you, two of which should be fully kitted weapons. Make sure to grab one before the acid comes back, or you'll have to use the console again.

- As soon as the game starts, go straight to a Hot Zone which is highlighted with a blue circle. Keep in mind that most people will be going to this blue circle zone at the start of the match. The loot in these blue circle zones is always high tier purple gear with a possibility of there being a fully golden weapon laying around the floor.
- Another way is for a teammate that has a Legendary weapon to drop it for you on the ground. Pick it up and the trophy will unlock since all you have to do is equip it at least once. You can also loot your teammate's body if they died with it.
- You can kill an enemy that has a Legendary weapon and loot their Death Box for it. This will save you the hassle of searching for it. Another tip is that Death Boxes are highlighted based on the highest tier gear inside them. If you see a highlighted yellow Death Box, it means there’s a Legendary item in it (usually an attachment but always worth checking them out).
- The other way is landing on Supply Ship or finding the Supply Ship landed on the map during the match. They might have a Legendary weapon on them if you're fast enough to grab it. Sometimes people don't go for the Supply Ship due to the chaos they cause. Meaning the loot could still be on them.
- You might also find a Legendary weapon from an Apex Pack lootbox. It hard to explain, but the Apex Packs you open at the main menus can be found in the matches. The best thing about them is they glow in color and make noises. So if you find an Apex Pack lootbox that is glowing either Purple or Yellow, break it immediately and loot the contents. For the trophy, you need it to be glowing yellow as it means there's a Legendary item inside it. Indicating that it could be a Legendary weapon or sometimes the Legendary Body Shield or Helmet.

I'm the first person on true trophies to get any trophies in this game. The easiest way to get this achievement is to play arena and usually starting in the fourth round a gold tiered weapon will drop about a minute into the match have a look on the bottom right hand corner of the screen in the buy menu to see which round has a gold tiered weapon. A 'fully kitted' weapon is considered any weapon filled completely with Legendary (yellow) attachments (the weapon itself does not need to be Legendary). Each weapon type has a different number of attachment slots, so using a Pistol for this will be easiest as it only requires two attachments to complete. You could also find a weapon already fully kitted with yellow attachments and get the achievement right away, which is likely how most people will do it. As mentioned in "Decked Out," loot in Apex Legends is completely random, so there's no guarantee of where to find a specific item. However, here are some tips to increase your chances:
- High-Tier Loot Locations: The map is split up and labeled with what type of loot you might find there. There are ten locations designated as having a higher chance at high-tier loot, including Legendary items. These are: Artillery, Relay, Wetlands, Hydro Dam, Repulsor, Water Treatment, Thunderdome, Bunker, Airbase, and The Pit. These spots are circled on this map.
- Hot Zones: At the start of any match, you'll notice a blue circle illuminating up into the sky. This is considered a "Hot Zone" and is described as having high-tier loot and a "chance at a fully kitted weapon."
