How to unlock the Jumpmaster achievement in Apex Legends - Definitive Guide
Each time you play a match, you basically have a 1 in 3 chance of being picked 3rd out of 3 to choose your champion. When you choose third, you become the jumpmaster, and get to pick where your squad lands on the map. You need to be the jumpmaster 5 times to get this achievement. I would say you need to play an average of 15 matches to be jumpmaster 3 times.

It popped for me when I jumped by myself and not with the jumpmaster. May be a bug but if someone else wants to test it.

It's not always if your third to pick, I got jumpmaster when being first or second to pick. i honestly believe its random order.

Instead of waiting to be randomly assigned as Jumpmaster for this achievement, jumping solo can count towards this achievement by holding B at the beginning in the ship when you are not the Jumpmaster.
My achievement popped when I did my fifth jump solo and the other four waiting to be Jumpmaster, so try this out if you are trying to get this achievement in a hurry.

Just to add to SSmasterONE's guide, you don't necessarily have to get 3rd choice pick over the Legends to be the jumpmaster. If the original jumpmaster relinquishes their power over it, it'll go to someone else in the party and still count toward the achievement.
Hey Gamers! Welcome to APEX Legends!
The below video will show you all the details regarding g this achievement, and you will get this achievement in time just from playing normally so long as you don’t relinquish your jumpmaster. SSmasterONE provided a nice text solution so I won’t replicate that here, so refer their if you prefer text (drop him a like!).
I hope you find the video helpful!

For this trophy, you'll need to be the Jumpmaster 5 times. This should unlock naturally just by playing the game. A Jumpmaster is always the 3rd squad member when you're selecting your Legends. When the match begins, the 3rd squad member in each team of three will have the power to choose where your entire team decides to jump out of the plane and onto the map below.
While you're the Jumpmaster, you can ping where you suggest the team goes or you can listen to your squad's suggestion and follow their Pings. When you decide, press to launch from the plane. Do this 5 more times and the trophy will unlock.
Unfortunately, there's currently no way of becoming the 3rd squad member to select a Legend. This means that the order in which a team chooses their Legends will always be random, making the Jumpmaster random. However, relinquishing Jumpmaster by holding will count towards the other teammates who are 1st or 2nd squad members. Additionally, if you're 1st or 2nd squad members you can solo launch by holding and then press to launch from the plane. This will also count towards being the Jumpmaster 5 times.

This achievement is really simple. When you play Duos, Triples or Battle Royale, you need to be assigned jumpmaster AND proceed to lead your team to your starting point. If you hand off jumpmaster to a teammate, it will not count towards your progress for this achievement.
The Jumpmaster is randomly selected between your three squadmates at the beginning of the match, and this person is responsible for launching and flying to a destination on the map. If you aren't selected and someone passes the designation to you, this counts toward your five as well. Considering how many matches it takes to reach Level 50, this will easily come along the way.

At the beginning of the match, a releaser is randomly selected on the team and can choose the landing point. If you are the releaser, you need to choose a point in five matches.

Not quite so - the “graduator” is the one who chose the third (last) character. Some kind of compensation)))

The last one in the stack in order of hero selection is chosen as the releaser. But, if you did not select a hero, but simply waited with a ready-made hero from the lobby, the role of releaser will be transferred to a random player in the stack, since the system will assume that you are afk.

At the start of the match, the game will randomly select a releaser. Become a graduate 5 times and the achievement is yours.
