How to unlock the Fully Kitted achievement in Apex Legends - Definitive Guide
The hot zone (the blue circle on the map at the beginning of each game) will always include a fully kitted weapon. (Will be outlined in yellow when you go to pick it up) While it is more likely that this area will be pretty chaotic at the start of a game, it is more likely that you’ll unlock the achievement quicker, as most legendary attachments are pretty hard to find anywhere else.
Care packages dropped around the map will sometimes include a legendary weapon (the Kraber or the Mastiff), but these will not unlock the achievement as they are not fully kitted with legendary attachments.
Once you get the achievement, you can then drop the weapon for your teammates if they want the achievement as well.
You can also do it manually by finding gold attachments on the map or in care packages that drop (except for player called in care packages). This method relies completely on luck and stumbling on the correct gold attachments, so your best bet is dropping into the blue area from the drop ship and locating the gold weapon within that ring.
The below video guide will show you the best way to nab this achievement and get a fully kitted weapon. Darnok has provided an excellent text guide so I won’t replicate that here so check that out if you prefer text (drop him a like!)
I hope you find the video helpful!

For this trophy to unlock, you'll need to find and equip a weapon that has all gold Legendary attachments. Chances are you'll unlock this trophy naturally just by playing the game. All Legendary weapons are considered special level 4 weapons.
The best ways you find a Legendary Weapon are the following:
- As soon as the game starts, go straight to a Hot Zone which is highlighted with a blue circle. Keep in mind that most people will be going to this blue circle zone at the start of the match. The loot in these blue circle zones is always high tier purple gear with a possibility of there being a fully golden weapon laying around the floor.
- Another way is for a teammate that has a Legendary weapon to drop it for you on the ground. Pick it up and the trophy will unlock since all you have to do is equip it at least once. You can also loot your teammate's body if they died with it.
- You can kill an enemy that has a Legendary weapon and loot their Death Box for it. This will save you the hassle of searching for it. Another tip is that Death Boxes are highlighted based on the highest tier gear inside them. If you see a highlighted yellow Death Box, it means there’s a Legendary item in it (usually an attachment but always worth checking them out).
- The other way is landing on Supply Ship or finding the Supply Ship landed on the map during the match. They might have a Legendary weapon on them if you're fast enough to grab it. Sometimes people don't go for the Supply Ship due to the chaos they cause. Meaning the loot could still be on them.
- You might also find a Legendary weapon from an Apex Pack lootbox. It hard to explain, but the Apex Packs you open at the main menus can be found in the matches. The best thing about them is they glow in color and make noises. So if you find an Apex Pack lootbox that is glowing either Purple or Yellow, break it immediately and loot the contents. For the trophy, you need it to be glowing yellow as it means there's a Legendary item inside it. Indicating that it could be a Legendary weapon or sometimes the Legendary Body Shield or Helmet.
Once picked up trophie will pop.
No caso a forma mais fácil e rápida de obter esta conquista é no modo arena, tudo que você precisa fazer é ir até o drop de armas logo no inicio da partida, geralmente o drop lhe fornece 3 armas de níveis altos, totalmente equipadas.
All you need to do is equip each gadge of the weapon such as aiming and extended mag, each arm has a different number and type of equipment so some are easier than others.
In case the easiest and fastest way to get this achievement is in arena mode, all you need to do is go to the drop , usually the drop , provides you with 3 high-level, fully equipped weapons.
A 'fully kitted' weapon is considered any weapon filled completely with Legendary (yellow) attachments (the weapon itself does not need to be Legendary). Each weapon type has a different number of attachment slots, so using a Pistol for this will be easiest as it only requires two attachments to complete. You could also find a weapon already fully kitted with yellow attachments and get the achievement right away, which is likely how most people will do it. As mentioned in "Decked Out," loot in Apex Legends is completely random, so there's no guarantee of where to find a specific item. However, here are some tips to increase your chances:
- High-Tier Loot Locations: The map is split up and labeled with what type of loot you might find there. There are ten locations designated as having a higher chance at high-tier loot, including Legendary items. These are: Artillery, Relay, Wetlands, Hydro Dam, Repulsor, Water Treatment, Thunderdome, Bunker, Airbase, and The Pit. These spots are circled on this map.
- Hot Zones: At the start of any match, you'll notice a blue circle illuminating up into the sky. This is considered a "Hot Zone" and is described as having high-tier loot and a "chance at a fully kitted weapon." Obviously a decent amount of teams will aim for this, but it's a nice chance to knock this achievement out right away. The Hot Zone looks like this on the map.
- Supply Ship: As you launch at the start of a game, you should notice a turtle-looking ship roaming the map. This has really good loot inside and can be repelled into from the ground, or even landed on right from the initial jump. The supply ship looks like this on the map.
- Supply Pods: Throughout the match, pay attention to announcements and HUD markers. From time to time, supply pods will be dropped into the arena and generally have purple or yellow loot. I have found the majority of my Legendary helmets and body armor in these.
- Lifeline's Ultimate: Using Lifeline's ultimate ability will call in a supply pod to your location. Use it whenever it's up for an extra shot as good loot.
- Loot Drones: These little guys (the same ones who give you rewards when you level up after a match) can be found randomly and smashed with a melee hit and will generally drop higher quality loot. They look like this.
- Dead Players: Probably the best way to get great loot. After you kill someone, the color of their loot box will indicate the highest rarity item they have. If you kill someone and a yellow box appears, get to it quickly - though make sure all hostiles are taken care of first so you don't get killed yourself or leave your squad out to dry.
So even with all these tips, and hitting all the best possible spots in any given game, there is still no guarantee you'll get everything you need. Keep following these patterns for success in general, working your way toward Level 50, and this should hopefully come along the way.
Note: You can share this achievement with your team. If between the three players you find a fully kitted weapon, or piece one together yourself, be sure to have one person equip it, then drop it for someone else, and repeat for the third.
Note 2: The Mastiff and Kraber that can be found in supply pods do not count for this achievement as they do not have any attachment slots.
