This is acquired by catching at least 500 or more fish across all the aquariums.personal aquarium. Each time you catch a fish, this gives you ribbons. You need a total of 500 ribbons or more at the end of a 3 hour slot and be at the top of the leaderboard. After the 3 hours is up, go to the leaderboard and claim your prize and a 90G achievement.
