In almost every level, there are bushes of tall grass present. When crouched (
on Xbox), you can hide in these bushes. When a enemy walks by or is standing close, you can press 
to kill the dude and drag him into the grass. (This way the body is hidden from sight.)
You can use your ability Whisper to lure dudes towards the bushes or you can wait patiently in the right spot, since some preset paths the enemies have, walks them around these bushes.
Do this 10 times and voilà!

The game has long grass everywhere and they are placed in most places to help you stealthily navigate past enemies. You will probably get this really early if being stealthy. Simply wait or lure enemies over to the grass and kill them when prompted to.
