How to unlock the I don't Care! achievement in Aragami 2 - Definitive Guide

Immediately after the opening cinematic after selecting a save slot (which you can't skip) and the subsequent level load, you'll have the first opportunity to skip a cinematic which will earn the achievement. Hold down the Menu button until the prompt fills. You'll start the level and the achievement will pop.

I held down the A button however but everything is just as stated above.

Open the Credits from the Options menu. Hold the Menu button to cancel the cinematic. Cheevo will pop this way too.
