Achievements have been really slow to pop for me on a number of games recently and I’ve had to do variations of what you’ve described above. Frustrating.

Hmm... did this mission complete stealth, s rank, all scrolls, didnt pop. Ran through it again in 5 minutes, didnt pop, deleted local save, power cycled xbox, didnt pop. Just uninstalled it and waiting for it to reinstall
