How to unlock the Shadow Master achievement in Aragami: Shadow Edition - Definitive Guide
On your first playthrough, try to find as many scrolls as you can without worrying too much about them.
When you have enough scrolls, spend them in the Hidden Knowledge skill, under Aragami Skills. It is the 3rd level of the crow (Kurosu).
From this moment onwards, simply push when you're in any given chapter and you will see for a few seconds the scrolls locations. You can use this as much as you need, until no more scrolls are shown.
You can track remaining scrolls in the chapter selection screen.
Edit: due to negative feedback, I understand some might not want to find the scrolls using Kurosu -- which is the easiest way to be honest, since you don't need a 2nd screen to look at -- and prefer video guides instead. For those, I'm adding to the solution a series of videos made by YouTube user Trophy Germany (all credit to him).
Edit: as per FruitofPassion, 'you don't have to finish the level once you collect a scroll, however, quitting it early will make the in-game tracker fail to update'. Thanks, Fruit! :)

I found out that you don't have to finish the level once you collect a scroll, however, quitting it early will make the in game tracker fail to update. So you still get progress to the achievement, the scroll is still expended, but you can't track it in game if you exit.
Simply playing the level again and rushing to finish it will update it, else just keep this in mind when collecting if you don't care.
