This achievement is an easy one to achieve, but is annoying to get. In order to fall asleep in the arcade, you have to stay past closing time of 2am. If you are in a game, the clock will not run until you exit a game. It takes you approximately two minutes for the game to make you fall asleep and while you are waiting for the clock to run down, you are unable to interact with anything in your arcade.
As a note, make sure to fall asleep in the bathroom at least once for another secret achievement.
