How I went about this was to set up a "branch" by having two of the same color side by side, then placing a different color under them, exactly between them. Then I used that "stem" to build out a set of inverted "grapes" , first with two balls wide, then three, etc. Remember to always leave enough room on the sides to bounce the correct color back to the "branch" to drop the "grapes". It will take some practice, but I can reliability get a drop of 15 with this method now.

Doesn’t help that I’m colour blind and can’t tell green and yellow apart grrrr

Funnily enough the problem I've been having with this is by the time I get enough balls to start gearing for a drop, the opponent destroys themselves because they just keep shooting balls straight up xD
