Each game has at least three goals to complete in your pda. So you will need to buy quite a few more games before you even have enough goals available. Although some require varying levels of skill, there are plenty that are cumulative. I would just try out each new game you get, then focus on the goals for a game you think you can do in your spare time. If and when you run out of achievable goals for you, then wait until you buy a new game and hopefully it has goals you can accomplish. I specifically got this achievement after using a second controller to cheese Air Hockey. I am sure there's other games that can be cheese with a second controller as well.
