You don’t need to do this in one playthrough, the cities are chosen randomly when starting a new game, and the achievement popped after completing the first city a few times on multiple plays.

There is a goal on the machine with the same requirements so it’s easy to track how many you have registered

The three cities are: New Carcer, Crime City, Night City. Keep track of which ones you need and exit / restart the game until you get one of the cities you still need.

This achievement is bugged, I completed all 3 cities twice and achievement did not pop. Even have my 3/3 on goals.

@MercilessGrim: Xbox has achievement issues. When you’re on the achievement overview via homebutton, select “all achievements” and then click on the game (Arcade Paradise). The achievement should unlock then.

I am almost 100% confident I had beaten all three levels individually, but I did not get the achievement until I beat all 3 in one run.
