This you should unlock without paying much attention in the course of just playing the game, but probably the easiest and fastest way to get this is with the Air Hockey-cabinet that you get at the beginning of the game, since it has only three easy goals:
1. Play 5 games
2. Win 1 game
3. Score 3 own goals

Just try to win one game, after that you could just move your striker above the puck every time to score own goals for the remainder of the games to speed things up.

I’d suggest going into arcade management by pressing start and changing the difficulty to easy

I don't think that those settings are for the difficulty of the game you play, those are the settings for the business like the price. Popular game wirh a, high price & high difficulty = more money.

There is two different settings game difficulty so i changed the air hockey to easy. And price per play if you change the game difficulty this achievement is easier as on medium i struggled

Then this option was added later, definetely wasn't availabe when I played it after it's release last year. There were some discussions on Reddit and Steam back then what that difficulty-setting meant and it was concluded that it did not change gamplay at all.
I think I look into the game again then, still have three acievements to unlock where it was too difficult for me :)
