How to unlock the 1337 HAXXOR achievement in Arcade Paradise - Definitive Guide
I completed this Oct 19 2022 and it unlocked no problem.
There are 5 sets of conspiracy files you need to uncover. The Goal for "Uncover all conspiracies" in Blockchain tracks how many out of 5 you have completed.
Once you unlock a full conspiracy folder, it stays unlocked, but you must get all sets of files for each of the five folders in a single playthrough.
You can see your folder progress at the bottom of the screen. (6/6, 7/7, 7/7, 7/7, 8/8) This means that for the 1st folder you must unlock 6 out of 6 files for this to count, and for the last you need 8 out of 8.
Blockchain was one of the trickier games for me. I found this summary of tips on Reddit with some edits to clarify:
1. Never put 1s next to each other. If you have 1s next to each other, you HAVE to dismantle the 1s ASAP.
2. Early game: leave spaces on the ends for 1s and 2s if possible. This allows you to clear the edges early.
3. Don't use Hacks for emergencies. Use Hacks early and often.
4. Never waste a number. If your number doesn't break a firewall, STACK it. Numbers stacked on top of each other will clear immediately once the firewall level noves up.
5. The most powerful use of a number is when you can get it to break at least three firewalls, then two, then one.
6. Late game, play 7s to the outside edges and sixes in the middle

I believe this solution is pretty useful in terms of explaining what you will be unlocking to obtain the achievement. Understanding how the actual game is played is far more confusing, but I'll do my best.
You're given "packets" (a block with a number) and the goal is to place it in such a manner that it reveals/eliminates the firewall pieces (red box with lines) by matching the packet number to the height or width of the stack it is placed on. The game begins with no firewall and so a baseline number of zero. After you place the first handful of packets the firewall advances, and counts in the stack. Remember it's not just about eliminating the number you are dealt, but by breaking down firewall pieces while doing so.
I personally had to remind myself that the game isn't about matching numbers, it's about each number individually and how/where they are placed. I focused on matching vertically and horizontal matches were mostly happy accidents.
Also remember to take into account when the firewall will advance next, which is shown on the bottom right of the screen. You can place a 3 on a stack of 2 (4 on stack of 3, etc.) and expect it to pop next advance.
The most useful strategy I developed in overall gameplay was to think of the play board like a graph- numbers should, at least early on, be placed left to right lowest to highest, and only stack in their number column. This evolves as firewall pieces are revealed and you must adapt your strategy into different columns.
1s should always be placed alone, and ideally used to reveal firewall pieces.
2, 3, 4, and lesser so 5, are useful for placing on a stack to reveal the next piece on an advance.
6 and 7 get stacked on themselves, in their 6 and 7 columns, and will be eliminated automatically as the firewall advances.
Obviously the part you can't control is what number is in each firewall box. Thats where you have to practice and get lucky RNG to succeed. Happy hunting!
