In the Molten Rift (fire) area of the world you'll find the town of The Pit. In the North of the town there is an arena called Infernal Chamber.
There are 5 rounds of enemies and traps you have to get through to best the arena.
IMO the Terracotta Bow is the best weapon in the game. If you upgrade it a few times and equip badges like Colossal Strength, Arrow Bender, Echoed Blasts, etc, it can do around 1800+ dmg per shot which 1 shots most enemies in the game and destroys bosses very quickly.
I believe I got the bow from an NPC in the middle of the Jungle area.

Great tip about the Terracotta Bow, I have been steamrolling all the enemies since fully upgrading it and using the right badges.

Just a heads up to anyone that sees this, they did nerf the terracotta bow. It's still very good, but not as insane as before.

In the final region of Molten Rift, you won't be able to access the dungeon until you complete the Arena Challenge. This is located in the town of this region. Head directly north in the town up a path to a doorway leading to the Arena Challenge.
Here, you'll need to survive five waves of enemies, projectiles, and rocks crashing down. It's not too difficult, as long as you've been thorough up until this point and have many healing flasks that are fully upgraded (ensuring you can quickly heal back to full health after each wave).
