Healing flasks are obtained by defeating dungeon bosses.
There are a total of 7 healing flasks to collect throughout the game, and each dungeon boss will drop 1 healing flask alongside 1 heart container once defeated.
Each healing flask pickup increases your healing flask carrying capacity by 1.
This is an unmissable achievement since every dungeon needs to completed to collect all the arch pieces from all the dungeons.

Healing flasks are found the same way as heart containers, minus buying them from Shops. Refer to Feeling Healthy (30G). Dungeon bosses and world bosses drop healing flasks, so just pick them all up when you defeat them to unlock this achievement.
