This boss can be found in Dustcrag
I used the third eye tome to defeat the Queen Duneworm.
Small worms will pop from the holes around the Queen Duneworm which will throw green energy balls. It's recommended to eliminate them for the fight to be easier.
For the Queen itself I found it easy to run around her in a circle pattern (like a clock) and continuously hit her and avoid her balls
