Archvale

You collect half heart pieces after beating bosses of the various areas within Archvale. Collect enough so your total heart count is 8 (bonus hearts from badges don't count). Additionally you can buy the half heart pieces from the shopkeep once you get later in the game (I actually got the final half heart piece from the vendor in Buckler's Cove for 200 gold).
