Ok, I lied about this being impossible. It's not impossible. I just popped it - you just have be super PATIENT and careful. This time around, I tried to stay away from coughing during the first round of fire. (maybe coughing means you're too close to fire? Another comment said the screen would turn red if you are too close to fire, but I took it another step farther. TRY NOT TO GET COUGHING) I was still coughing a little bit, but during this first fire section, toward the end, stay to the upper left until the sorrows crowd in too close, then move toward the bottom-right. At this point, the sorrows were getting too close too fast - so I rapidly moved time forward and walked forward just as fast until the cut-scene faded in. I think this was the biggest difference between this success and my previous failures. Another key I think - when you are hanging on a rope -> swing yourself away from the fire as you are required to move fire- there are two sections where you are hanging on wires - the first is on a lower ledge to the right: swing to the right as you move fire forward in time to the left. The second time is when you have to move fire around until you lower yourself to the ground: I think I swung in different directions depending on where fire was at the time. This "swinging" aspect was something I concentrated on this time I scored the achievement as opposed to my failures. These points as well as the first fire phase when I sped forward to the cut-scene to avoid the sorrows at the same time as moving fire forward fast. So three things here: 1) first fire scene: be super careful and finish clean and fast. 2 & 3) clear yourself from fire while swinging both times.
Ok, that the best I've got! Now I get to finish the final levels without dying ever I guess.

But I'll reiterate my first sentence: you need PATIENCE. As I tried this like 5 times before popping it. If you don't have patience, just give up on completing this game's achievements. I know because I am the only one in my family with patience - my brother would've thrown the Xbox out the window by now if he was trying. Just save yourself the trouble if you don't have any patience.

It feels like this is damn near impossible. I just finished and no achievement pop. I may have gotten a little close to fire once but I don't think the screen even turned red. I also died from sorrows once, so maybe that was the problem? Sad.
