Load into a single player game. Upon loading press the menu button to pause the game. In the console line at the top of the screen type in "summon rex_character_bp_c" without the quotes and press admin command. Quickly unpause and then pause again the game so that you can see the name of the trex with it's level and then in the box type "forcetame" and press the admin command button. This will tame the dino and you will have your achievement after you hop on. Force tamed dinos do not require saddles.
You must aim your cursor at the dino in order for force tame to work. So make sure you unpause and then pause again so you are pointing at it after summons.
If you are having problems with this you may want to type "god" without quotes into the box and press command to start god mode so you don't get eaten alive.

If you already have a saddle, you can use GMSummon "type" level (eg. GMSummon "rex_character_bp_c" 30)
This summons the creature pre-tamed, so no need to risk getting chomped if you aren't fast on the pause or on a multi-player server

Tame a Rex, saddle it up (requires a high level to make it unless you can find someone to do it for you) and ride it. You could also just ride on someone else's Rex.
Easiest method is to "forcetame" command a Rex on single player and ride it, as you do not need a saddle with that command.

gmsummon "Rex_Character_BP_C"1
This will spawn in a T-Rex in front of you and tame it. you will also unlock Your first Dino... if you didn't already have it. Now use the admin command:
gfi armor_rex 1 1 0
This will give you a saddle to equip to your T-Rex. Walk up to your T-Rex and hold
when the prompt appears and select Access Inventory on the wheel that pops up. Now drag the saddle over to the T-Rex and it will automatically be equipped. Back out of the menu and you will be able to tap to ride on your T-Rex. The trophy should immediately pop. This is also a great place to get Maximum Dinosaur so refer to that trophy for more details.
