This achievement is for killing the first 3 ultimate life forms. The large spider, gorilla, & dragon. If you have already gotten those achievements (see the other guides) and didn't get this, what I found that worked was you have to do them in 1 playthrough. First time I killed the spider, I panicked cause of all the spider minions that spawned in addition to the main large one. One I killed the large one they didn't go away, so I just quit the game and restarted a new one. Then did the gorilla, quit cause of the minions, restarted and after killing the dragon nothing happened.
So, you need to start a fresh new game and kill all 3 in a row without quitting or restarting the game. Bring up the console and enter in 'god' so you don't die, then what I did was enter in 'fly' and flew up a little over the starting spot so the minions that spawn can't get to me. Spawn the spider 'summon spiderL_character_bp_c', wait a few seconds for the minions to spawn and for the spider to move, focus on him and pause & enter in 'kill'. Stay hovered in the air, repeat with the gorilla 'summon gorilla_character_bp_c', wait a few seconds, then 'kill'. Then the dragon 'summon dragon_character_bp_boss_c', wait a few seconds, then 'kill'. Chievos for those 3 if not unlocked, should unlock, then you should get this one afterwards.

Is there problems with spawning in the dragon? I can spawn the other two in no problem but the dragon never spawns in
