You could always do it even easier. Go to single player and use the command "dotame" while facing a dino to get the achievement.

ARK: Survival Evolved - 100% Full Game Walkthrough.

For this guide, I will be presenting both the way to cheese and the way to get the achievements legitimately. I will not be going in-depth on legitimately getting the stackable achievements as that’s beyond the scope of this guide, and not every achievement listed below will stack with legitimate methods. HOWEVER, I will still provide tips for legit methods at the end.

At the bottom of this guide, I have linked my recent YouTube video on this topic should you wish to watch my guide instead of read it.

The stackable achievements I will cover in this guide are the ones for riding a Rex, riding a Giga, getting Maximum dino and survivor levels, and getting to the bottom of the ocean. You can also EASILY get the achievement for surviving a full day and night with these methods as well.

To cheese these achievements we are going to use the admin command capability in Ark:

1) Check the “Admin Logging” Box on your settings before you load your game.
2) Load up single player on any map
3) Open the console command/admin command window
4) On Xbox press start, then hit both bumpers at the same time as x and y. A window will appear on the pause menu that will allow you to enter commands.
5) On the PC version use the tab key
6) Use the command gmsummon to summon the creature you wish to tame. This command will automatically tame the dino for you, and give you 100% tame effectiveness.
6a) The syntax is gmsummon “spawn_id”level.
6b) For example, to spawn a rex you would use the command as follows:
6c) gmsummon “rex_character_bp_c”100. This will spawn a Rex at a wild level of 100, tame it
automatically, and add the taming levels on top of the wild level. Usually this results in a 150 level
tame.
6d) If you’re on your buddy’s private server: Get admin rights, and preface your command with
admincheat and a space BEFORE entering the rest of the command.
7) If you’re going for stackable achievements, then enter the commands:
gmsummon “rex_character_bp_c”100 for the rex
gmsummon “gigant_character_bp_c”100 for the giga
gfi rexSaddle 1 0 0 to spawn the Rex Saddle
gfi gigantSaddle 1 0 0 to spawn the Giga Saddle
8) If you are NOT trying to get the rex/giga achievements, and just tryna get the tame achievement: I would recommend spawning an otter because they are so dang CUTE.
8a) gmsummon “otter_character_bp_c”100
9) If you want to get to the bottom of the ocean, summon an Ichthyosaurus, but make sure you’re in the water first! Necessary Commands:
gmsummon “dolphin_character_bp_c”100
gfi dolphinSaddle 1 0 0
10) Once you spawn the Ichtyosaurus, use the leavemealone command so that you won’t get attacked by the creatures of the deep. Trigger this command when you board to stay safe from enemy bois. Command structure is simple:
Leavemealone

To get the additional stackable achievements, here’s what you do:

1) For maximum level achievements, board your dino and use the command:
addExperience 1000000 0 1
1a) You can then use that command on yourself after getting off your dino to get the maximum level
survivor achievement.
2) To Survive a Full day and night:
2a) You can use commands to change the game clock (which I am NOT savvy with so check the wiki/other
guides for how to do this)
2b) OR you can use the leavemealone command so that you are ignored by all hostile dinos.
Once that command is triggered, you can just run around without worry. Do note that if you use this
command, you’ll need to enable it again when you jump on your dino. Otherwise if you’re riding a
dino you can be attacked. Though if you’re riding your rex or your giga, not much will attack you.
3) If resources are a problem for you during this time, just use the command infinitestats to keep those
resource meters up. You may need to execute refillstats first if you’re actively dying.

Legit
If cheesing isn’t your cup of tea and you want to get these achievements legitimately, here’s how you do it:

1) If you’re going for some of the stacking achievements (namely surviving a day and ight, and riding a dino)
then I'd recommend a Pteranodon as they are easy to catch, and fairly strong. This will also set you up
well for taming a Rex
1a) You’ll need some bolas, some tranqs (or tranq arrows), and some meat. Mutton is the best if you can
get it, but normal meat will work too.
1b) They are a knock-out tame so use some bolas, then load them up with tranqs. Make sure you have
some narcoberries or narcotics to keep them down.
2) If you just want a tame, then I’d recommend the Lystrosaurus as they are easy passive tames. Just throw
some berries in the last item slot on your bar, and feed them when they are hungry.

Now, as promised, here are some tips for getting the other “stackable” achievements legitimately:

1) If you tamed the Pteranodon, you’re on your way to being able to survive a full day and night. Have it
follow you, and be risk averse so you up your chances of survival. Raptors are really bad for you. Keep
those eyes peeled when you’re wandering around.
2) If you are trying to get to the bottom of the sea, you’ll need an Ichthyosaurus (they really are the fastest
and easiest to tame). They’re passive tames so you’ll need to swim around with them feeding them meat
to tame them.
2a) You’ll also eventually need a scuba mask and tank which is something you make in a fabricator and
level 81 to make.
2b) OR if you’re impatient then all you need is an Ichthyosaurus. Just expect to drown at depth… Or be
eaten by a shark. Either way it’s achievement time
3) I don’t have much guidance for getting rexes and gigas legitimately aside from level up, work on getting
gear, build traps, and then try to get a couple of friends to join you. There are lots of guides out there on
taming Rexes and Gigas so you won’t be lacking for help. Eventually I will be getting around to posting
my base builds, and I will likely post videos and guides on trapping as well.
4) For the max player and dino levels, just play and have fun. :)
You can also adjust the settings to make the game progress more quickly, and I would recommend doing
so as Ark has no respect for your time. Check both the General and Advanced settings for the setting
sliders. You can also have stupidly strong dinos this way, and it can make gameplay a lot more interesting
depending on your settings.
