I didn't get this until the boss battle with Gorgon. When she releases a ton of snakes just run around at the big bunches of them and slash away until the counter reaches 10.

You can also just redo the first quest later in the game, run around to get a nice group of enemies going, and then one hit slaughter them all.

This one is actually pretty easy with the sorceress once you reach level 5 and get your first area affect spell. Go back to the first dungeon. Everything should be a one-hit kill for you now and you should be durable enough to take a beating for a while. Find a large room with a large number of creatures (the respawning ants can help fill a room pretty quickly). Run around the room and get everything chasing you. Let them swarm you in the middle of the room, and then use the area effect spell of your choice once or twice. If you had enough creatures chasing you, the achievement should pop for you instantly. This could probably be done the same way with any of the alternate forms.

Really easy method

Level one as any character (I used the soldier)
Get a large group of small enemies together such as spiders, scorpions or boars and unleash one massive attack in alter ego form

Try to do this in the centre of a room to maximise area for enemies to gather

This one seems a bit hard for some, but it shouldn't be. Easiest way I found was run around without killing any enemies until you find one of the pods that spawns little spiders. Hopefully near the pods you should have a bunch of other enemies. Once you see at least 10 enemies go into AE form with and just attack () the hell outta the little buggers.

If you don't get it, it's pretty much impossible to not get it on the last level while fighting the Gorgon. When fighting, the Gorgon will spawn twenty or so mini-snakes. Just go into AE form and you shouldn't have the slightest problem getting a x10.
