Very easy achievment, just start the game up on warrior finsh the first quest, then start another game on Archer and finish the first quest and finally start a new game with the other person and finish the first quest and it's yours

Just play the first level with each character. Once you beat the level, exit the game and pick a new character. Once you get to the stat screen after the third character the achievement will unlock.
