To get this you have to beat the Gorgon which is the final boss of the game. I didn't find the game or the Gorgon very hard so getting to the end is just a matter of playing the game. By the time you get to her you should be quite strong, hopefully close to level 20.
What I advise is to use your invincibility magic and attack her, once that wears down switch to your beast mode pending it's full, if not use your beast potion, and attack her. By then your magic should be close to full again, if not just use a blue potion and the invincibility spell again, and just repeat this formula.

good game.. any idea how long it will take roughly to reach the end?

Going into the mission, try and have the max amount of mana potions and AE potions. With the warrior this was pretty easy. Once you get to the Gorgon apply invincibility if you have it. Once it's applied start hacking away. Once you're invincibility's up either drink some mana and activate it again or drink some AE and go into AE form. Hack away with AE until the Gorgon's done.
This achievement has been confirmed to unlock at two different spots. 1. At the stat screen after the small cutscene. 2. Right when you kill the Gorgon.
