This can be done either online or with two controllers.
Just start a multiplayer game and play through two quests. The achievement will pop up when you get back to town after completing the second quest.
Also, if you do multiplayer, you can drop items for other people to pick up.

Can be done one of three ways.
1. Hop onto Xbox Live and start a match with someone and play two quests.
2. Have a friend come over and play two quests local play.
3. Use two controllers on local play and navigate them both yourself.
Easiest if done on the first two levels as the enemies are the weakest.
